Terms of Service

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by InfinityGrid LLC (“InfinityGrid,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By hiring us or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

InfinityGrid provides cloud architecture, cybersecurity, IT consulting, managed services, and strategic technology support.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, proper access, and maintain licensing and backups unless contracted otherwise.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties maintain strict confidentiality unless legally required.

4. Payment & Billing

  • Invoices are delivered electronically and are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit card, ACH/bank transfer, or other approved electronic payment options.
  • Invoices not paid on time may be subject to late fees and/or service suspension until the account is brought current.
  • If an invoice is disputed, the Client must notify the Company in writing within 5 business days of receiving the invoice. Undisputed charges must still be paid on time.
  • The Client is responsible for any applicable taxes. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Terms are stated in proposals/SOWs. Late fees or service suspension may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

Deliverables belong to InfinityGrid until fully paid. Client data always remains client-owned.

6. Acceptable Use

Clients may not use services for illegal or harmful purposes or bypass security controls.

7. Limitation of Liability

InfinityGrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability limited to service fees paid.

8. Warranties

Services delivered “as-is” unless noted in an SLA.

9. Termination

May occur with 15 days written notice or immediately for misuse or nonpayment.

10. Governing Law

Colorado and Texas jurisdiction applies unless agreed otherwise.

11. Modifications

Updates are posted with new revision dates.
